Geology and irrigation hydrology come from US Geological Survey work on the Grand Valley. Climate figures are NOAA 1991 to 2020 normals for the Grand Junction Walker Field station. Permit fees, adopted code editions, contractor licence classes and the subdivision foundation requirements list come from Mesa County Building Department publications. The soil disclosure statute is C.R.S. 6-6.5-101.
