What we do

The second part exists because foundation repair is one of the few home trades where a homeowner genuinely cannot tell a fair quote from an unfair one without background. Reading a quote gets much easier once you know what the words mean.

The four steps

Who calls

• Homeowners who have watched a crack widen. Usually over a couple of seasons, usually with a second symptom like a door that has started to stick. Most of these want to know whether it is finished moving before they decide anything.

• The warranty is in writing. Product warranty on the steel, workmanship warranty from the installer, and a clear statement about whether either transfers to a future buyer.
